Serafino Bianchi is a successful entrepreneur and businessman. He has been making Contra Costa County his home since 1973 and currently lives in Danville with his wife, Patricia Bianchi.
Serafino is the past founder and broker of Equimax Real Estate Services, specializing in foreclosures and business startups. He served as the National Acquisition Director for Investorplus.com, a Canadian real estate investment company specializing in condominium conversions.
He has been a member of the City of Clayton Planning Commission and City Council. Serafino is also the founder and CEO of Educare Management Corporation along with the Bianchi Schools.
Serafino received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in Civil/Structural Engineering. He was once a licensed civil engineer and is currently a licensed real estate broker.
