Serafino is the best real estate agent I ever used. I recently sold my Norris Estate home at a gated community in San Ramon. I chose Serafino as my selling agent because he believed that the house could be sold at a premium with some work on the house(external painting, landscaping, etc.). The other agents we interviewed just wanted to list the house at a much lower price and they did not have the conviction of being able to sell the house. Since my wife and I moved down to Southern California due to a job, I left the entire selling process (fixing, preparation, selling) to Serafino.
